OMO EKO: A DIALOGUE OF LAGOSIAN PLACE IDENTITY THROUGH COLLAGE AND AUGMENTED REALITY.

This body of work integrates collages digitally augmented with AR (Augmented Reality) elements to create an interactive and dynamic visual experience, inviting viewers to engage with Lagos’ layered history and cultural fabric to give an understanding of the embodied Lagosian Identity that its inhabitants describe as ”OMO EKO”. Through the convergence of these traditional and digital mediums, it aims to stimulate conversations around the OMO EKO identity and its cultural memory.
